WatchSome people might have heard Ruth ask for gua sha well this is how it looks after and it really seemed to help everybody, including me …I had gilles do it to me when my neck got sore. Then I put a few other clips on there.

Yikes! Empty boat syndrome!
Rosey, Sara, Pam and Ruth are well on their way and I want to tell everybody how amazing your children all are! I went with them to the metro. I’ll post that later! When I turned to go back there was a lump in… my throat and tears in my tears..for sure! Then to come back and the beds empty….. it’s around 7:30 in the am and we’re just stuffing the last things in our suitcase while kelly encourages us with some delicious tea. we’re so sad to leave and we’ve had an INCREDIBLE, MEMORABLE, europe trip. thanks kelly, gilles, and maya for putting us up/loving us even if we’re weird a little!
off to last night dinner!
we are about to leave for a last night dinner! we’re going to basically a mashed potato resteraunt. we have had such amazing food while weve been here!!! it will really be hard to top at home. were all taking kelly, our wonderful stand in mother, out and meeting up with fiona and leslie. weve all been having fun. well report back soon with bike videos from today. :)
